Known for its elegant architecture and outstanding performance, Batumi's Adjarabet Arena was recently awarded an impressive world architecture award. This stadium, located in Batumi, was named “Best public building” at the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2023 competition in Miami.

Adjarabet Arena – football stadium in Batumi designed by Turkish architecture firm Bahadir Kul Architects and opened just three years ago, attracts attention with its unique architecture and its representation of the UEFA IV standard. This stadium can accommodate approximately 20,000 spectators, making it one of the most important sports facilities in the region. Almost 145 million lari (approximately 55 million dollars) were spent on the construction of this sports arena.

This award, which is called “Oscar of the real estate market”. Representatives of the Government of Adjara expressed their congratulations on this significant recognition and emphasized that this is only the beginning of the path to success.

FIABCI – It is the largest event in the real estate world, bringing together thousands of successful companies from over 70 countries. The 73rd FIABCI World Real Estate Congress is currently taking place in Miami, and the head of the Adjara government, Tornike Rizhvadze, is also present at the event, representing his region on the global real estate stage.
