The Georgian Parliament adopted a resolution on the EU and NATO

The Parliament of Georgia adopted a resolution on the EU and NATO and foreign policy, consisting of 16 points. 81 parliamentarians voted for this document.

The main foreign policy task is the de-occupation of occupied territories, as well as the return of internally displaced persons.

The document also talks about strengthening and developing relations with China, India, Japan, Korea and other countries in Asia, the Middle East, as well as the South American, African and Pacific regions.

The document clarifies that, as part of its work towards the European Union, Georgia will strengthen its relations with Germany, France, the Baltic States, the Visegrad Group and the UK.

A completely new clause on interstate litigation with the Russian Federation was added to the resolution.
